Caucasus Strategic Perspectives, Volume 5, Issue 2, Winter 2024

Issue Title: “Reinforcing the bonds between South Caucasus and Central Asia”

Deadline: 1 October 2024

Subtopics:

- Changing geopolitical realignments across the South Caucasus and Central Asia;

- Emerging and declining foreign influences in South Caucasus and Central Asia regions;

- Energy, climate, environment and water issues in the South Caucasus and Central Asia regions;

- Transition from resource-based economy to green economy in the South Caucasus and Central Asia countries;

- Strengthening the bonds: from economic elements to security ties;

- Transport, connectivity and digitalization across the South Caucasus and Central Asia regions;

- Role of the regional organizations in the South Caucasus and Central Asia;

- Multi-national forums for promoting peace, security and stability in the South Caucasus and Central Asia;

- Increasing status of the Organization of Turkic States;

- The Conference on Interaction and Confidence Building Measures in Asia

 

Prospective authors should submit 3.000-5.000 word for articles and 2.500-2800 words for commentaries (including footnotes, abstract, title and sub-titles in both formats) in Microsoft Word-compatible format. Manuscripts submitted to CSP journal should be original and challenging, and should not be under consideration by another publication at the time of submission.

Please note that the Journal’s scope is not necessarily limited to the topics listed above; the manuscripts of similar topics that are relevant to the Caucasus region and its neighbourhood are also welcome and will be taken into consideration.

CSP journal’s key goal is to foster stimulating dialogue and exchange of ideas on the Caucasus region and beyond, among practitioners, researchers and scholars from around the world.
